Our pop-up picnics bring a touch of effortless elegance to any outdoor setting. Whether it’s a spontaneous date, a celebration with friends, a quiet moment in nature, or a proposal, we set the scene with beautifully styled blankets, cushions, and decor, all you have to do is show up and enjoy the moment.

We also offer additional add-ons available on request, sourced from trusted local suppliers, such as grazing boxes and fresh florals. If you have any specific needs or requests, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Peak Period & Public Holiday Surcharge

To reflect increased seasonal demand: a 10% surcharge applies to bookings during peak periods around Christmas (20th December – 2nd January) and Easter, a 20% surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays at any time of the year. For glamping bookings on public holidays, a minimum 3-night stay is required.

SPECIAL OCCASION

For picnics when moments call for something extra special, be it a birthday, proposal, or a celebration close to your heart, a $200 service and coordination fee will be added. This honors the extra time and care we weave into planning and gathering every detail, crafting an experience as unique and memorable as the occasion itself.

  • Quality rugs, throws, and comfy cushions

  • Decorative table styling (table runner, candles, vases, and lanterns)

  • Plates, cutlery, napkins and glassware for each guest

  • Decorative accents to match the theme (florals, LED candles, or small props)

  • Delivery and pack down

  • Up to 3hrs of hire time with the flexibility of additional time for an extra fee

1. What’s included in a pop-up picnic?

Low tables, rugs, cushions, table décor, glassware, plates, cutlery and styling to match your chosen theme. We handle all set-up and pack-down.

2. How long is the hire period?

Standard hire is 2–3 hours. Extra time can be added for a small fee.

3. Do you provide food and drinks?

We supply the set-up and styling. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can recommend trusted caterers and grazing suppliers. BYO alcohol is welcome.

4.What if it rains or is windy?

We’ll work with you on a Plan B—either moving to an undercover location or rescheduling if needed.
